PIAGGIO VESPA ET4 125 in Plymouth, Devon for sale

Piaggio Vespa ET4 125CC in good condition for 1998 reason for sale is i have bought a car.The MOT and TAX has ran out on the bike it is currently sorn but you just re-tax it as normal and it will be taken off the DVLA system as sorn. It has been left in my garden for 6 months but has always been kept under a cover and kept clean.I have had new front and back brake pads fitted and reblead along with an oil change and have put a new badge on the front.I have one key for the bike and two for the glove box compartment with the full log book for the bike with the old MOT certificate and a helmet box for the back. There is one problem with the bike it was running fine until i tried to start it last week and all it would do is turn over with the switch but the battery started to go flat so i ask a friend about it and he said it could be the cable or the fuel from being sat in my garden but as i don't know much about bikes or have the money to put it in a garage to get fixed i am selling it.
